• Progression of exercise program

Trackman System:  $50 for 30 minutes

• 30 - 90 minutes

• Detailed swing analysis

• Video analysis - results can be emailed to you directly

Physical Therapy appointment:  can utilize insurance

• MD referral OR direct access

• Thorough evidence based examination, evaluation and intervention

• non-operative and post-operative rehabilitation
